Medical
Benefit-eligible employees have the option of several Plans designed to meet the unique needs of our employee population. All our plans are self-insured plans using the Aetna Choice POS II network administered by Meritain Health. This is a national network that will provide you with a large panel of providers from which to choose.
Dental
We offer high and low-option dental plans administered by Principal.
Vision
Vision coverage through Principal/Vision with VSP Network
Health Savings Accounts, Medical, and Dependent
Flexible Spending Accounts, Voluntary Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Pet Insurance plans are available.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Provided to cover absences from work including holidays, and paid time off. PTO accrues based on hours worked and length of service.

Employee contributory 401(k) plan with 4% safe harbor employer contribution after one year of continuous service.
